Rentals require a 50% down payment to book, which is fully refundable up to 3 months before your rental date and will apply to your final invoice. Please place your request to the left, and we will get in touch within 1 business day. Bookings require confirmation of certain details.  Final invoice balances are due 1 day before event dates.

All rentals come with setup and takedown included. There is a minimum of $1/mile one-way delivery fee from our nearest warehouse. Additional fees may apply for setups that require extra time, such as travel over 100 miles total, long flights of stairs, elevators, long walkways to get to setup area, etc.
