We will not attempt to re-identify information that we have de-identified except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Advertising, Analytics, and Measurement

GoPutts may use third-party advertising, analytics, measurement, and attribution services to understand how people interact with the Services, measure advertising performance, create or manage advertising audiences, deliver relevant advertisements, and improve our marketing efforts.

These services may include tools and services provided by TikTok, Meta, Google, and other advertising and analytics providers.

These providers may collect or receive information about your interactions with the Services, including information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, actions taken, purchases or other conversion events, advertising identifiers, approximate location, and other information associated with your use of the Services.

Depending on the services we use and applicable law, these providers may use this information to measure advertising effectiveness, attribute conversions, create or maintain audiences, personalize advertisements, optimize advertising delivery, and provide analytics and reporting.

TikTok

GoPutts may use TikTok advertising and measurement tools, including the TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API, to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, understand how visitors interact with the Services, create and measure advertising audiences, and improve advertising performance.

Where enabled and permitted by applicable law, GoPutts may use TikTok's Advanced Matching functionality. Advanced Matching may involve sharing certain customer information, such as email addresses, telephone numbers, names, or other identifiers, with TikTok in hashed or otherwise protected form for purposes such as matching website activity with TikTok users, measuring advertising performance, improving attribution, and building or maintaining advertising audiences.

TikTok may process information received through these tools in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable terms.

Google

GoPutts may use Google advertising and measurement products, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag, Google conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, remarketing, and Customer Match, where applicable.

These tools may collect or receive information about interactions with the Services, including pages viewed, actions taken, purchases or other conversion events, device and browser information, IP address, and other identifiers.

Where enabled and permitted by applicable law, GoPutts may provide certain first-party customer information to Google for advertising measurement, conversion attribution, audience creation, or Customer Match. Customer information provided for these purposes may be hashed or otherwise processed using Google's approved mechanisms.

Google may process information received through these tools in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable terms.

Other Advertising and Analytics Providers

GoPutts may use other advertising, analytics, attribution, and measurement providers in addition to TikTok, Meta, and Google.

We may add or replace service providers from time to time as our business, Services, and advertising practices change.

4. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

Service Providers

We may share information with companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf, including providers of:

• Hosting and cloud infrastructure;

• Payment processing;

• Customer support;

• Email and communications;

• Analytics;

• Advertising and marketing;

• Advertising measurement and attribution;

• Fraud prevention and security;

• Information technology;

• Data storage and management; and

• Other business and operational services.

These providers may access personal information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Advertising and Marketing Partners

We may share or make available certain information to advertising, marketing, analytics, and measurement partners, including TikTok, Meta, Google, and similar providers, for purposes such as advertising delivery, conversion measurement, attribution, audience creation, audience management, analytics, and improving advertising performance.

Depending on applicable law, certain disclosures of information for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or similar purposes may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money is exchanged.

Where required by applicable law, GoPutts will provide appropriate mechanisms to opt out of such activities.

Business Partners

We may share information with business partners where reasonably necessary to provide or improve features, products, services, promotions, or other offerings.

Where required by applicable law, GoPutts will process recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, such as the Global Privacy Control, as legally required.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and GoPutts does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

14. Do Not Track

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting that can communicate a preference not to be tracked across websites.

Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for interpreting all Do Not Track signals, GoPutts may not respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, GoPutts will recognize and honor applicable privacy preference signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
